Welcome to our website cooculte.com. These Terms and Conditions of Use govern COO CULTE distance selling as well as the access to and use of cooculte.com. The access to and use of this website as well as the purchase of products on cooculte.com or using other distance means for purchase are based on the assumption that these Terms and Conditions of Use have been read, understood and accepted by you. This website is managed and maintained by Lingerie Baltic Ltd. Business register number, tax code and VAT number 50003680151.
A distance purchase is considered to have been made when consumer received a bill of invoice, which indicates ordered goods, it's price and amount, on e-mail address and made the payment using online card payment method.
COO CULTE PROVIDES FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER 30€ USING OMNIVA SERVICES AND 50€ USING LATVIAN POST SERVICES.
COO CULTE delivers INTERNATIONALLY.
We use Latvian Post for all our deliveries. For deliveries in the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia) we offer free delivery using Omniva services. All orders will be provided with a tracking number once order is dispatched for your reference. We provide delivery options at Coo Culte stores in Riga.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. Estimated delivery times varies from 3 to 21 working days depending on the destination. The delivery dates are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
For the customers outside the EU: Import duty or tax costs are not included in the final price and will be invoiced to you directly from delivery service or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
Please contact email@example.com if there is a longer than expected wait for delivery. During peak times, there may be a delay in delivery.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Here at COO CULTE, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you are welcome to return your item(s).
- Please contact us WITHIN 30 working days from date of delivery.
- Returns after this period will NOT be accepted.
- All that we ask is that the items are returned to us in the same condition as they were sent out.
- Must NOT have been damaged, worn, altered or washed and all tags must remain attached.
- If the returns team deem it worn or not in it’s original condition, this will result in the item being sent back to you.
- Exchanges will be sent via Latvia Post or Omniva.
PLEASE NOTE: In the case of postal returns for the exchange, Coo Culte will not accept carriage due or payment delivery and will not pay the delivery charges.
There is NO REFUND for sale items, unless deemed defective. Sale items are valid for a store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
All returns must follow the COO CULTE returns process:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Number and instructions for how to return items from your order.
- You MUST provide your original sales order or invoice number indicated the bill of invoice.
- Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund.
- Print out the returns form once you have a confirmation email.
- Place form inside return package.
Returns that have not been authorised will NOT be accepted.
Upon receiving your Return Number please ensure your parcel is back to us within 30 days (we will be in contact with you once we receive it).

You can choose between following payment methods:
ONLINE CARD PAYMENT
Visa, Maestro or MasterCard. Payments with debit cards will be charged in real time.
DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
We have high standards for our quality control. All goods are checked prior to dispatch. However, if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 5 days of receiving your goods at email@example.com.
If possible we will firstly REPAIR or REPLACE faulty items, otherwise a full refund will be provided.
Items damaged from wear and tear will NOT be considered as faulty.
PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping of faulty items will be refunded only to the value of shipping charges originally paid.
- We do NOT refund shipping costs for goods returned, unless it is due to a fault in the garment.
- All shipping costs for exchanges and refunds will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe, documented and signed delivery. COO CULTE will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
- Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.cooculte.com
- Your money will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the merchandise and completing the quality check.
